Privacy Notice

• Account data such as email, name, authentication provider, and plan status.
• Resume/profile data that users enter for matching or resume building.
• Career Coach prompts, questions, saved results, and private key-mapped result metadata used to retrieve prior results and improve the user's own coaching workflow.
• Application tracker data such as viewed, saved, applied, abandoned, rejected, and offer statuses.
• Minimal job metadata such as title, company, location, official apply URL, source, dates, category, and salary only when exposed by the source.

RoleProof does not display full job descriptions from source sites. If description text is temporarily processed for matching, it is handled in a private short-lived cache and should expire after the configured retention window. Matching should prefer derived facts and extracted features over long-term storage of source text.

• Resume, profile, project, question, and tracker inputs may be used to generate Coach results, match explanations, resume suggestions, and career plans for the user's account.
• Key-mapped Coach records are stored as user-private product data unless a separate consent or anonymization process is added.
• Coach outputs are shown to the user and are not sent to employers by RoleProof.
• Users should avoid entering Social Security numbers, government IDs, medical details, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information that is not needed for job-search coaching.
• RoleProof should not infer protected-class information such as race, sex, disability, age, religion, or national origin for scoring, matching, or coaching.

• Users can choose not to create an account and browse the public job board anonymously.
• Free local tracker data is stored in the browser unless a user chooses paid cloud features.
• Users may request deletion or export of account, resume, and tracker data.
• Users can edit or remove resume/profile content before using Coach, matching, tracker, or resume-builder features.

The product may use providers for hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and payments. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by RoleProof.

Depending on location, users may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. Use the privacy request form for account export, deletion, correction, or data-use questions.
